Time to Light Up the Holidays!
The holidays are just around the corner, and Tolley Community Management (TCM) is excited to announce the return of its Holiday Decorating Contest for the third year in a row! Whether you love twinkling lights, festive wreaths, or turning your home into a winter wonderland, now’s your chance to share your holiday spirit and creativity with the community.
Show Us Your Sparkle
This year, we’re offering some fantastic prizes for the best-decorated homes:
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $300
3rd Place: $200
And it’s not just about individual homes! Communities can also join in on the fun. The neighborhood with the best decorations will win $500 for their association budget.
How to Participate
It’s easy to enter! If you’re a homeowner or renter (with your landlord’s approval):
Send us photos or videos of your decorated home by December 22, 2024, at 4:00 PM EST.
Email them to christmas@tolleycm.com with your association name, your name, and your full address.
Board Members submitting entries for the Best Overall Community award should include photos of decorated common areas, a count of homes that participated, and other festive highlights.
