Last year’s 2nd Annual Holiday Decoration Contest brought in over 100 incredible entries from homeowners eager to showcase their holiday cheer.

Second Place: The Palomino Family
Community: Blue Springs, Kennesaw
The Palomino Family’s decorations lit up the neighborhood with their warm and inviting holiday theme. Their beautiful display was both festive and heartwarming, spreading cheer throughout the community.
Third Place: The Morris Family
Community: Windsor at Lanier, Buford
The Morris Family brought classic holiday charm to Windsor at Lanier. Their impressive decorations were a perfect mix of lights, creativity, and holiday spirit.
Best Overall Community: Lochshire
The Lochshire community truly shined bright as they came together to create a festive and cohesive holiday atmosphere. Their collective effort to decorate the neighborhood made them stand out as a united, joyful community.
