Closing Request Form
Typically closing requests have a turnaround time of 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. If you have any questions regarding the status or process of a closing request please contact our office at 770-517-1761 or closing-request@backyardrealty.com.
*Please note: you will receive an invoice for the cost of the closing letter once the closing request has been processed. After closing we require a copy of the settlement statement (HUD-1) to insure all records have been transferred correctly.
